The game begins with the dealer flipping a card for the player on their right. That player must then guess whether the penis on the next card will be bigger or smaller. If their guess is incorrect, they either take a shot or drink for a number of seconds equal to how far off their guess was. Alternatively, you can introduce a truth or dare element, whereby the player takes a shot or removes a piece of clothing.
